We are seeking a Head of Business Development to grow our business in Switzerland and the wider DACH region. This is a hands-on sales role and our first dedicated business development position in the

Qualifikationen

7+ years of technology sales or business development experience.
Proven track record closing new business with mid-market or enterprise clients.
Experience selling complex technology services and digital platforms.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

Generate new business with mid-market and enterprise clients in Switzerland and DACH
Build your own pipeline through direct outreach, relationships, referrals, partnerships and events
Identify target accounts and develop account strategies
Lead sales opportunities from discovery to closing
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams on solutions and proposals
Build relationships with CTOs, CIOs and senior leaders
Maintain a structured sales pipeline, CRM and forecast
Represent Radity at client meetings and industry events
