Job summary

Perk seeks a Senior Sales Executive DACH to drive growth in the Swiss market. Based in Switzerland, you will own the sales cycle from outreach to closing, engaging with large enterprises and C-level stakeholders in finance, procurement, IT, and travel management.

You’ll demo our travel and spend platform, identify value, and exceed ambitious targets while collaborating with a cross-functional team. Relocation support and equity are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Must be a native German speaker with fluent English.
• French is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire sales process from first touchpoint, present product demos, negotiate and close deals.
• Focus on mid to large Swiss enterprises (250–5000+ employees).
• Generate new clients for our travel and spend technology.
• Understand client needs and articulate Perk’s value throughout the sales cycle.
• Monitor sales performance analytics and forecasts.
