Qualifikationen

• Experience in sports or ticketing projects is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in communication or related field.

Aufgaben

• Provide second-level customer service support for major UEFA events (pre-sale and post-sale).
• Coordinate and supervise 1st level customer service provider, including training and quality management.
• Draft and publish content for UEFA events (website, ticket portal, FAQs, emails).
• Contribute to customer journey sub-projects such as ticket portals and mobile tickets.
• Liaise with stakeholders across accessibility, spectator services, safety, finance and legal teams.
