Zusammenfassung

FenX AG is seeking an Administration, HR & Finance Manager to act as the operational backbone, coordinating finance, HR administration, office ops, and governance. The role partners with the CEO and supports growth and professionalization with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

This position requires strong organizational skills, financial acumen, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years experience in administration, operations, HR administration or finance administration.
• Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent professional education.
• Strong skills in budget tracking and cash monitoring.
• Experience in SME, startup, scale-up, or technology-driven environment is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate monthly cash planning, cash runway scenarios and budget tracking.
• Coordinate with external accounting and payroll providers.
• Support preparation of financing and grant materials.
• Manage recruitment administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Oversee contracts, payroll, and HR administration.
• Support contract management and legal follow-up.
• Coordinate office operations, facilities, insurance, and service providers.
• Leverage digital, automation, and AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
