Qualifikationen

• Strong FP&A skills including budgeting, forecasting, cash management and financial modelling.
• Hands-on experience in accounting, closing and controlling.
• Experience in an SME, scale-up or entrepreneurial environment.
• Good understanding of Swiss accounting and statutory requirements.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power Pivot is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and good German skills.
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Swiss Expert in Accounting and Controlling qualification, Swiss CPA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent would be an advantage.

We are supporting an international cleantech scale-up in Zürich (Schlieren) in the recruitment of a hands-on Head of Finance.

The company is preparing for its next phase of growth. Working closely with the founder, the Head of Finance will provide financial visibility, ensure the integrity of the company's financial information and support key business decisions.

The role

The Head of Finance will be responsible for:

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow and liquidity planning

Your profile

You bring:
