Job summary

Sonic Suisse Labs SA is seeking a CRM & Business Process Specialist to manage Salesforce-based CRM and optimize business processes across its Swiss network, including Lausanne. You will collaborate with the Head of Commercial Operations and the CRM Manager to deliver data-driven improvements and high-quality customer data.

You will design flows, reports, and dashboards, support releases, and ensure data integrity while contributing to the growth of Sonic Suisse's local laboratories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in CRM, BPM, or operations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems; Salesforce Certified Administrator is an advantage.
• Experience analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes.
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
• Knowledge of data management, data quality, and master data maintenance.
• Experience with workflow automation and digital process solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation and continuous development of the CRM system.
• Analyze business requirements with stakeholders and translate into technical solutions.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and validation rules.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM-related processes.
• Design and implement Salesforce Flows to automate processes.
• Create reports, dashboards, and analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and ensure the quality of customer data.
• Support release management and deployments using Change Sets or DevOps tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce solutions.
• Document developments and processes, including flows and data models.
