Job summary

Sonic Suisse Labs SA is seeking a Business & Contract Coordinator to ensure high-quality contract data in CRM/CLM, support marketing communications, and drive data-driven processes. You will collaborate across CRM, Marketing, and adjacent departments to streamline workflows and improve data quality.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik), plus hands-on CRM/ERP expertise.

Qualifications

Completed commercial or technical education or equivalent qualification.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting/BI tools.
Strong hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Experience in data preparation, data quality management, and KPI definition.
Solid understanding of sales and marketing processes.
Strong analytical thinking with data and numbers.
Structured, detail-oriented with commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and ability to explain insights clearly.
Team-oriented with cross-functional collaboration.
Eagerness to learn emerging data/reporting technologies.

Responsibilities

Maintain contract-related information in CRM and CLM systems.
Monitor and ensure data quality in CRM per quality plan.
Collaborate with CRM, Marketing and cross-functional teams.
Prepare customer data for communications and marketing campaigns.
Support planning and execution of marketing activities.
Contribute to data-driven process improvements and workflows.
Assist in coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving customer and contract data.
