Sonic Suisse Labs SA is seeking a Business & Contract Coordinator to ensure high-quality contract data in CRM/CLM, support marketing communications, and drive data-driven processes. You will collaborate across CRM, Marketing, and adjacent departments to streamline workflows and improve data quality.

The role requires strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik), plus hands-on CRM/ERP expertise.

• Completed commercial or technical education or equivalent qualification.

Purpose of the job

The role ensures the availability of high-quality and reliable customer and contract data within the CRM system for Marketing, , and other business functions. It supports operational customer and marketing communications, as well as cross-functional activities, through data analysis and preparation. Furthermore, the role fosters collaboration between CRM, Marketing, , and adjacent departments to design and execute efficient, data-driven business processes.

Your Impact in This Role

• Maintain contract-related information in the CRM and CLM systems ;
• Monitor and ensure data quality in the CRM in accordance with the defined quality plan ;
• Collaborate closely with CRM, Marketing, , and other cross-functional teams ;
• Prepare customer data for customer communications and marketing campaigns ;
• Support the planning and execution of marketing activities ;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data-driven processes and workflows ;
• Assist in the coordination of cross-functional initiatives involving customer and contract data.

Your Background & Expertis

• Completed commercial or technical education, or an equivalent qualification ;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with reporting and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik) ;
• Strong hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems ;
• Experience in data preparation, data quality management, and KPI definition ;
• Solid understanding of sales and marketing processes ;
• Strong analytical thinking skills and a high affinity for working with data and numbers ;
• Structured and detail-oriented work approach with a strong commitment to quality ;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain data and insights in a clear and understandable way ;
