Zusammenfassung

MRH-Zermatt SA, part of Michel Reybier Hospitality, seeks a reservations leader in Zermatt to supervise the Reservations Team and coordinate handling of individual and group bookings.

You will monitor inventory, support pricing strategies, and ensure accurate processing across channels while maintaining high service standards and multilingual guest communications.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Reservations Team.
• Manage individual and group reservations across all distribution channels.
• Ensure accurate processing, modification, and cancellation of bookings.
• Monitor room inventory and availability to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Support the implementation of pricing and revenue management strategies.
• Handle guest inquiries and reservation requests professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain strong communication with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and Housekeeping departments.
• Resolve guest concerns and booking discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Prepare and analyze reservation reports, forecasts, and performance statistics.
• Train, coach, and support team members to ensure consistent service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Monitor online booking platforms and maintain accurate rate and inventory distribution.
• Correspondence in German/French/English
• Advising guests regarding prices and categories
• Preparing offers, confirmations, etc. in German/French/English
• Monitoring provisional bookings and following up accordingly
• Checking correspondence and filing
• Maintaining and updating guest records
