Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leading and delivering enterprise IT or cloud engagements.
• 3+ years of cloud computing experience with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS.
• Experience managing scope, schedule and budget on fixed-price engagements.
• Experience leading/coordinating Agile delivery teams.
• Experience negotiating with customer stakeholders up to director level.
• 5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of cloud and AI engagements, accountable for outcomes, quality, schedule and budget.
• Translate outcomes into delivery plans with milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Manage fixed-price engagements with scope control and customer trade-offs.
• Forecast revenue, track milestones, and drive timely billing.
• Work hands-on with AI-assisted delivery tools and ensure quality, security and cost control.
• Coordinate AWS and partner contributors against acceptance criteria.
• Report progress to stakeholders and flag risks early with options.
• Create reusable assets and AI-enabled practices for repeatable delivery.
