Amazon's AWS Partner Organization seeks a Partner Development Manager to lead strategic Tier 1 SI partnerships in Switzerland, developing PBPs and executive engagement to drive cloud transformation initiatives.

You will orchestrate joint go-to-market strategies, enable partners across migration, modernization, and GenAI, and collaborate with AWS teams to accelerate customer outcomes in Switzerland.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in partner management, channel sales, or related roles.
• 5+ years with System Integrators or tier-1 consulting/tech services.
• Experience building and executing partner business plans with measurable outcomes.
• Fluent in English and German; French is a strong plus.
• Ability to influence without authority in matrixed organizations.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage strategic relationships with Tier 1 System Integrators in Switzerland, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute Partner Business Plans (PBPs) that align partner capabilities with market opportunities and drive measurable business outcomes.
• Build and maintain C-level and VP-level relationships with partner organizations, orchestrating executive engagement and strategic business reviews.
• Design Joint Go-To-Market strategies with partners and enable partners to develop industry-specific solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver partner success and ROI.
