Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of technology transformation program management experience.
• 3+ years experience in healthcare and/or life sciences industries.
• Experience with fixed-price, milestone-based delivery models prioritizing scope, risk, and financial discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to adopt and champion emerging delivery methodologies and tooling for AI-enabled delivery.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery quality and velocity for large, multi-workstream programs spanning AI, data and enterprise modernization.
• Build trusted executive relationships and provide strategic counsel on program direction, health, risks, and trade-offs.
• Proactively manage interdependencies, mitigate risks, and drive accountability for program outcomes.
• Define and track measurable customer business outcomes and translate delivery progress into executive-ready ROI narratives.
• Own program financial health, including forecasting, revenue recognition, and change management for fixed-price milestones.
• Lead human and agent builder teams; establish operating models and guardrails for AI-enabled workflows.
• Drive adoption of AI-DLC methodologies and governance across delivery programs to scale speed and outcomes.
