Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Partner Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships with Tier 1 System Integrators in Switzerland. Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in partner management or channel sales in the tech industry.
• 5+ years with System Integrators or technology services organizations.
• Proven ability to develop and execute partner business plans with measurable outcomes.
• Experience in cloud computing, enterprise software, or infrastructure tech.
• Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and execution.
• Excellent communication in English and German; French is a strong plus.
• Ability to influence across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of the Swiss enterprise tech market and customer buying behaviour.
• Knowledge of SI business models and partner ecosystem dynamics.

• Strategic Partner Management: manage Tier 1 SI relationships; drive PBPs and executive reviews.
• Go-To-Market Development: design and execute joint GTM strategies; enable industry- and workload-specific solutions.
• Partner Capability Development: assess partner capabilities; develop roadmaps for migration, modernization, GenAI, and industry solutions.
• Business Planning & Execution: develop annual/quarterly business plans with revenue, pipeline, and certifications; manage partner funding.
• Ecosystem & Program Leadership: contribute to regional partner programs; share learnings across PDM community.
