Zusammenfassung

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Customer Solutions Manager is a senior, customer-facing leadership role based in Zurich, guiding large, complex customers along multi-year cloud journeys. You will orchestrate delivery with Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to ensure successful migrations and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

Experience leading complex, large scale IT/digital/business transformation or migration programs.
Experience in a senior customer facing role.
Superior written and verbal communication skills, including ability to effectively deliver information to c-suite/VP level.
Strong organizational governance and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail.
Direct experience implementing AWS/cloud services (preferred).
PMP and/or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certified (preferred).

Aufgaben

Guide AWS customers through multi-year cloud journeys and migrations.
Coordinate across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to drive outcomes.
Translate account plans into executable actions and go-live events.
Deliver education plans, roadmaps to business outcomes, and Executive Briefing Sessions.
Maintain executive-level stakeholder alignment and drive customer-centered value.
