Kempinski in St. Moritz is seeking a Chef de Rang (f/m/d) for the winter season 2026/2027. The role is based in the Food & Beverage department, with responsibilities spanning guest advisement, wine recommendations, welcome duties, and station management at Neora restaurant.

You will bring hospitality training, extensive upscale gastronomy experience, and fluency in Greek, German and English to deliver top-tier service to guests in a luxury setting.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training in a comparable hotel and several years of extensive professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
• Ability to work under pressure, orderliness and very high quality awareness.
• Structured and organised way of working.
• Great interest in team-oriented work.
• Your motto is to be a perfect and amiable host to every guest.
• You are happy to take responsibility for the guests and employees entrusted to you and are happy to pass on your specialist knowledge to younger colleagues.
• Very good knowledge of Greek, German and English is a prerequisite. Basic knowledge of another foreign language is desirable.
