Then we are looking for you for the coming summerseason 2026 as a Supervisor in Room Service!

Key Responsibilities

Your motto is to be a perfect and endearing host to every guest. Together with the entire service team, you will ensure the culinary experience of our guests in our Room Service Outlet.

Your main tasks include:

• Coordinating with Waiter/ Waitress & Minibar Attendant.
• Responsible for taking orders by phone and correct booking in POS communication to service and kitchen.
• Active explanation and sale of all food/drinks offered as well as offering alternatives.
• Monitoring of utilities, supplies and removal of waste.
• Ensuring that the workplace and its surroundings are always kept clean and organised.
• Organising and carrying out preparation and follow-up tasks.
• Dealing courteously and efficiently with guest enquiries and complaints and reporting to supervisor(s).
• Competent use of the POS system to the level of training required in the department.
• Support with stocktaking of products and work equipment.
• Supervision of service and taking over instructions for the team.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Completed training in a comparable hotel and professional experience in upscale gastronomy
• Several years of experience in a similar position
• In addition to your impeccable appearance and well-groomed appearance, you impress with your natural charm, communication skills and knowledge of human nature
• Ability to work under pressure, flexibility and very high quality awareness
• Structured and organised way of working
• Great interest in team-oriented work
• Very good knowledge of German and English; any other language is an advantage
