Kempinski Hotels in St. Moritz invites a motivated Chef de Partie to join our creative culinary team for the upcoming winter season 2026/2027.

You will work under our renowned standards in a fast-paced, luxury kitchen, contributing to Greek and wider Mediterranean menus. We seek a skilled professional with formal chef training and several years in upscale gastronomy, strong German and English proficiency, and a collaborative, high-quality mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as a chef with several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy.
• Experience with Greek and Mediterranean cuisine is preferred.
• Excellent German and English language skills are required.

Aufgaben

• Organise the kitchen post and prep for service.
• Prepare food, drinks, materials and equipment for service.
• Cook and plate dishes for guests.
• Instruct cooks, kitchen assistants and stewards.
• Clean and organise the work area.
• Conduct training sessions for staff.
• Contribute to development meetings.
• Ensure proper onboarding into Kempinski policies and standards.

• Organising the kitchen post
• Preparing food, drinks, materials and equipment for service
• Cooking and serving dishes
• Instructing cooks, kitchen assistants and stewards
• Cleaning and preparing the work area
• Conducting training courses
• Assisting with development meetings
• Ensuring correct onboarding into the company

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Completed training as a chef and several years of professional experience in upscale gastronomy in a comparable position
• First experience in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine
• Excellent product knowledge of Greek cuisine
• Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as very high quality awareness
• Structured and organised way of working
• Great interest in team-oriented work
• Very good knowledge of German and English
