Zusammenfassung

Kempinski Hotels in St. Moritz seeks an experienced Front Office specialist to support our motivated front office team for the coming winter season 2026/2027.

You will play a key role in delivering luxury guest experiences and ensuring smooth front desk operations. In this role you will plan and supervise reception activities, train staff, handle guest requests and complaints, supervise cashiers, manage loyalty information, and ensure accurate invoicing and end-of-shift handovers in a 5-star

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed specialist training.
• Communication skills and good judgement, as well as leadership skills.
• OPERA knowledge.
• Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as a very high level of quality awareness.
• Structured and organised way of working.
• Keen interest in team-oriented work.
• Very good knowledge of German and English and, ideally, Italian and/or Russian.

• Coordinating and reviewing the work of receptionists.
• Conducting training for new employees and on-the-job training.

• Providing information about customer loyalty programmes.
• Handing over at the end of the shift.
• Completing administrative tasks.
• Managing your own cash register with collection, currency exchange, etc.
