Kempinski Hotels in Switzerland, St. Moritz, offers a Trainee Food & Beverage internship for the 2026/2027 winter season. You will contribute to Restaurant Les Saisons and Room Service, while learning Kempinski standards and delivering guest-focused service.

Ideal candidates are organised, motivated to learn, able to work under pressure, and proficient in German and English; Mandarin is a plus. Live and work in the Engadine Alps within a vibrant, international team.

• Serving food and drinks and replenishing the food and drinks buffet.
• Participation in weekly training courses.

• Welcoming and looking after guests.
• Bread, butter and water service.
• Food running from the kitchen pass to the various outlets.
• Breakfast service and à la carte service in the evening.
• Daily mise en place work and buffet service.
• Cleaning work in the restaurant and office.
• Taking orders in German and English.
• Preparing orders and providing in-room service.
• Loading trolleys with orders.
• Conducting sales conversations – upselling.
• Organising and distributing treatments.
• Various cashier duties (Micros System).

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Les Saisons:

• Serving food and drinks and replenishing the food and drinks buffet

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• An organised and precise way of working
• Ideally, you have already completed an internship in the Food & Beverage sector
• You are motivated to learn new things and create unforgettable guest moments
• Ability to work under pressure, orderliness and very high quality awareness
• Good German and English skills are required, another foreign language, such as Mandarin, is an advantage
