Job summary

Hapimag Resort Interlaken is seeking a skilled chef (EFZ) to join our Food & Beverage team on the glamorous Höheweg. You will bring culinary expertise, uphold HACCP standards, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience for our guests from around the world.

In this role you’ll manage mise en place, support stock control, and collaborate with the head chef on menu development, while adapting to lively service during evenings and holidays at our Swiss resort.

Qualifications

Completed training as a chef EFZ
Experience in hotel or catering is advantageous
Strong awareness of quality and hygiene
Ability to work in a team, resilience and structured working style – even when there are large numbers of guests
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
Good knowledge of German, other languages are an advantage

Responsibilities

Responsibility for mise en place, cleanliness and tidiness of the station
Compliance with hygiene and quality regulations (HACCP)
Economical use of food and assistance with stock management
Support in the development of new dishes and menu suggestions in consultation with the head chef
