Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a chef (EFZ).
• Professional experience as a chef de partie in the upscale segment.
• Responsible, resilient, and reliable.
• Precise and efficient work techniques.
• Charming, well-groomed personality with a service-oriented attitude.
• Good command of German and English.

Responsabilités

• Ensuring smooth workflow.
• Planning and organizing meals while taking into account guests' culinary preferences.
• Preparing and cooking meals.
• Maintaining effective communication with other stations.
• Adhering to and conducting daily checks of hygiene regulations and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
• General tidying and cleaning tasks.
