Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Mobile Growth Manager – CRM (Braze) based in Switzerland. You will lead CRM strategies and lifecycle marketing across a diverse mobile portfolio, using Braze, HTML and analytics to boost engagement, retention, and growth.

You will craft behavior-driven campaigns, run experiments, and collaborate with clients and analysts to deliver measurable improvements in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with Braze or a comparable CRM platform.
• Experience with segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and campaign planning.
• Proficient in mobile analytics and creating data-driven campaigns.
• Able to build and review HTML content in Braze templates.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and optimize Braze CRM campaigns with advanced segmentation.
• Build dynamic, behavior-based journeys using Liquid logic.
• Manage custom Braze attributes to improve targeting.
• Collaborate with data teams to translate insights into strategies.
• Design, test, and refine HTML in Braze templates across devices.
• Design and execute A/B tests; analyze results to improve metrics.
• Monitor campaigns using mobile analytics tools and report actionable insights.
• Provide Braze guidance and training to team members.
• Apply user psychology to lifecycle communications for growth.
