Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Forward-Deployed CRM Architect based in Switzerland to design, build, and maintain client CRM systems—primarily HubSpot—across multiple environments. You will implement scalable automations, data flows, and reporting while collaborating with GTM strategists and engineers in a genuinely AI-first setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on ownership, cross-client delivery, and strong data governance. You will work remotely with CET overlap, supporting diverse B2B clients worldwide.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub.
• Strong CRM architecture knowledge and RevOps process understanding.
• Experience in building, maintaining, and debugging workflows, automations, integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work with APIs and webhooks.

Responsibilities

• Own HubSpot architecture, configuration, automation, and reliability for client CRM systems.
• Design and optimize workflows for lead qualification, routing, and sales processes.
• Develop and troubleshoot automations across HubSpot, APIs, and webhooks.
• Maintain data integrity through deduplication, validation, and imports.
• Create dashboards and reporting for pipeline, velocity, and full-funnel metrics.
• Design integrations between HubSpot and other tools and data pipelines.
• Translate business requirements into practical CRM solutions and workflows.
• Manage multiple client CRM instances in parallel with quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with GTM strategists and engineers to align data with revenue objectives.
