Explora Journeys in Geneva seeks a strategic, data-driven CRM leader to own the global lifecycle across markets. You will define activation roadmaps, govern segmentation and personalization, and partner with IT for scalable marketing automation on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

You’ll build a high-performing team, drive engagement and revenue through compliant, customer-centric journeys in a luxury travel context.

Formación

• 15+ years in CRM, lifecycle management, marketing automation or customer data roles

Responsabilidades

• Lead global lifecycle strategy and activation roadmaps across channels
• Define segmentation, personalization and engagement frameworks
• Own marketing automation platforms and integrations (e.g., Salesforce MC)
• Ensure data governance, consent management and privacy-by-design
• Define CRM KPIs and dashboards, monitor engagement and revenue impact
• Build, lead and develop a high-performing CRM team across markets
