You will collaborate with growth, marketing, product, analytics, and engineering teams to translate business priorities into high-quality web experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product design with end-to-end website/landing page ownership.
• Hands-on CRO, A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• Strong hypothesis development and iterative optimization skills.
• Excellent visual/UI skills with high-performing web experiences and landing pages.
• Growth mindset and ability to justify decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Own website conversion initiatives from discovery to implementation.
• Define priorities and hypotheses, then design, prototype, launch, and evaluate tests.
• Create accessible, on-brand experiences aligned with the design system.
• Collaborate with growth, marketing, product, analytics, and engineering.
• Tell stories to communicate value of products and launches.
• Plan experiments with cross-functional teams and deliver landing pages for launches.
