Allps GmbH is seeking a skilled BMC Helix ITSM Integration Specialist to design and implement integrations between enterprise backup platforms and BMC Helix. The role supports a remote, full-time position with exposure to international clients and projects.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on BMC Helix ITSM experience, strong ITSM process knowledge, and expertise in automation to enhance incident management, CMDB synchronization, and operational visibility.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM.
• Proven experience with Incident Management and CMDB modules.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request).
• Experience integrating enterprise apps using REST APIs, web services, or middleware.
• Experience designing workflow and runbook automation.
• ITIL knowledge; certifications welcomed.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement integrations between backup platforms and BMC Helix.
• Automate incident creation and ticket lifecycle management.
• Configure and maintain CMDB synchronization to ensure accurate asset data.
• Design dashboards and reports to monitor incidents, integrations, and service performance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and operations teams to streamline ITSM workflows.
• Troubleshoot and optimize integration performance and automation.
