Zusammenfassung

Bachem Holding AG is seeking an IT Service Delivery Manager to drive global ITSM processes, define KPIs, and ensure robust service delivery. The role requires strong incident/problem management experience and ITIL certification, with cross-domain technical know-how across infrastructure, apps, and security.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in IT Operations, Service Management or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience in Incident, Problem, Configuration and/or Event Management.
• ITIL Foundation certification required; Intermediate/Expert an asset.
• Strong cross-domain expertise across infrastructure, applications, databases, and security.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Experience with monitoring and service management platforms (ServiceNow, LogicMonitor).

Aufgaben

• Own core ITSM processes—Lead Incident, Problem, Configuration and Event Management globally.
• Define performance metrics, KPIs/SLAs and build dashboards.
• Maintain process documentation and SOPs with training records.
• Drive RCA processes, remediation follow-up and risk identification.
• Manage Known Errors with issue databases and documented workarounds.
• Lead CMDB governance and data quality across tools and processes.
• Optimize CMDB tooling and enable automated discovery and compliance reporting.
• Run Event Management with proper filtering and escalation.
• Define event automation, thresholds and self-healing responses.
