Job summary

Archlet is seeking a Solution Consultant to act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers, structuring and running complex RFPs within Archlet. You will learn each customer’s goals, show how to reach them with Archlet, and guide your clients through bid design and scenario analysis.

You’ll deliver demos, trainings and expand value across accounts while feeding product insights back to Engineering. Based in Switzerland or Spain, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product and

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English, spoken and written
• 3+ years in logistics/freight procurement or related procurement consulting
• Hands-on experience with RFPs, eAuctions or scenario-based sourcing events
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel
• Solid understanding of enterprise procurement processes and digital sourcing tools

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and help structure and run complex RFPs in Archlet
• Learn customer goals and show how Archlet can help achieve them
• Guide high-touch sourcing events from bid sheet design to scenario analysis
• Prepare and deliver demos and trainings to showcase Archlet capabilities
• Grow accounts by delivering value and creating best-practice use cases and success stories
• Turn customer feedback into input for Product and Engineering
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Engineering for a smooth experience
• Develop ownership of customer accounts over time
• Be at the front of AI in sourcing with Archlet’s platform
