AWS EMEA SARL (Switzerland Branch) is seeking an experienced ProServe Cloud Architect to design and deliver tailored cloud solutions from Zurich for Europe’s enterprise customers. You will engage in migrations, modernization, AI, and intelligent commerce initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor across ProServe and SDT teams and engaging with French-speaking customers.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple business units, geographies, or matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated experience in Cloud or AI/ML solution design including Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures, and experience in the Retail, Consumer Goods (RCG), or Commerce industry vertical.

Aufgaben

• Create and lead solution designs addressing customer business outcomes across migrations, modernization, AI/ML, and cloud-native architectures.
• Operate as the conduit between ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams, ensuring proposed solutions are realistic and optimized.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the pre-sales process and customer cloud journey, architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
