Artefact is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant / Senior AI Engineer in the Romandie region (Lausanne/Geneva) to lead AI and data solution delivery. You will blend hands-on engineering with client advisory, guiding multi-disciplinary teams from opportunity framing to production deployment.

Ideal candidates have 5–8+ years in data/ML/AI engineering, expert Python, and fluent French and English. You will work across Azure, GCP, or AWS and contribute to governance, security, and scalable

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years in data/ML/AI engineering with end-to-end delivery of production AI systems.
• Expert Python and solid software engineering (testing, packaging, CI/CD).
• Fluent French and English (written & spoken).
• Experience deploying on Azure, GCP, or AWS.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, Git, and MLops pipelines.

Aufgaben

• Define end-to-end architectures (data, ML/LLM, APIs, security) and drive projects from PoC to production.
• Lead complex PoCs & pilots, scale successful pilots into products.
• Build, evaluate, and fine-tune ML/DL/LLM models with Python and ML frameworks.
• Design and operate Cloud/MLOps solutions on major clouds with CI/CD and monitoring.
• Translate business goals into technical roadmaps and present to senior stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers/consultants and contribute to reusable accelerators and delivery standards.
