Job summary

Archlet, a leading ProcureTech platform, seeks a Solution Consultant to work with enterprise customers in Switzerland or Spain. You will help structure and run complex RFPs, design bid sheets, and perform scenario analyses to showcase Archlet’s capabilities.

You will deliver demos, train users, and guide high-touch sourcing events while aligning with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering. This role offers rapid growth and hands-on ownership of customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Switzerland or Spain and fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• 3+ years of experience in logistics/freight procurement at enterprise level or in procurement consulting with exposure to freight sourcing.
• Hands-on experience supporting or running RFPs, eAuctions or scenario-based sourcing events for logistics categories (Air, Ocean, Road).
• Confidence with senior stakeholders and ability to structure complex problems and provide practical advice.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel; quick to pick up complex sourcing requirements.
• Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes and digital sourcing tools; interest in AI-driven innovation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and help structure and run complex RFPs in Archlet.
• Learn customer goals, constraints and success metrics, then demonstrate how Archlet helps achieve them.
• Guide high-touch sourcing events from bid sheet design to scenario analysis.
• Prepare and deliver demos and trainings to showcase Archlet capabilities and onboard new users.
• Expand accounts by identifying value opportunities, supporting account growth, and creating use cases and success stories.
• Turn customer feedback into input for Product and Engineering to influence roadmap.

Job description

• Fluent German and English, spoken and written (a must)
• Candidates must be based in Switzerland or Spain
• 3+ years of experience in logistics/freight procurement at an enterprise, in procurement consulting with exposure to freight sourcing, or at a ProcureTech company focused on logistics sourcing
• Hands-on experience supporting or running RFPs, eAuctions or scenario-based sourcing events for one or more logistics categories (Air, Ocean, Road)
• Confidence with senior stakeholders: you structure complex problems and give clear, practical advice
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel. You pick up complex sourcing requirements fast
• Solid understanding of enterprise procurement processes and digital sourcing tools, plus real interest in AI-driven innovation. Experience with tools like Coupa Sourcing Optimization, Keelvar, Transporeon, Jaggaer ASO or SAP Ariba is a plus
• Comfort working with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering in a fast-paced, growth-oriented team

Your mission

• Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and help them structure and run complex RFPs in Archlet
• Learn what each customer wants to achieve, what limits them and what success looks like, then show them how to get there with Archlet
• Guide our strategic, high-touch sourcing events hands-on, from bid sheet design to scenario analysis
• Prepare and deliver demos and trainings that show what Archlet can do and get new users up to speed
• Help expand our accounts: spot ways to bring customers more value, support the account owner in turning them into expansion, and create best-practice use cases and success stories that drive adoption
• Turn customer feedback and real sourcing challenges into clear input for Product and Engineering, and directly influence what we build next
• Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Engineering for a smooth customer experience from solution design to execution
• Grow over time into owning your own customer accounts
