KJUS is seeking a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to join our team and support B2B customers, the Export Manager, and Distributors across Mainland Europe with premium service and long-term relationships.

You will handle orders, returns, and coordination with logistics partners while providing product information and sales statistics. Fluent German and English, plus French at least intermediate, are essential for daily interactions.

Qualifikationen

• Commercial or retail-oriented basic education.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Office in a similar environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong customer focus.
• Very organized with calm, friendly, and accurate work style, even in hectic times.
• Fluent in German and English; French at least intermediate.

Aufgaben

• Support B2B customers, Export Manager, Sales Representatives, Distributors through inside sales support in Mainland Europe with a focus on premium service and long-term relationships.
• Check, record, process, and monitor customer orders (electronic, telephone, and written).
• Coordinate logo business orders in Mainland Europe.
• Process returns, credit notes, and incorrect deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Cooperate with logistics partners, monitor and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide customer sales advice, including order and delivery statistics, availability, and product information.
• Provide flexible support across the Customer Service team based on workload and business priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
