Job summary

KJUS, headquartered in Boulder with Swiss offices, seeks a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to support B2B customers, Export Manager and Distributors across Mainland Europe, delivering premium service and long-term relationships.

You will check, record, and process orders (electronic, telephone, and written), coordinate logo orders, manage returns and credit notes, and collaborate with logistics to ensure timely delivery and accurate product information.

Qualifications

• Commercial or retail-oriented basic education.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a Sales Office in a similar environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as high customer- and service-orientation
• Very well-organized person with an accurate working method and the ability to stay calm and keep the overview and friendliness even in hectic times
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, Outlook), knowledge of Netsuite is an advantage
• Sporty and passionate person who likes to take responsibility and lives the team spirit

Responsibilities

• Support B2B customers and distributors with inside sales in Mainland Europe.
• Process and monitor customer orders (electronic, telephone, and written).
• Coordinate logo business orders in Mainland Europe.
• Process returns, credit notes, and incorrect deliveries with accuracy and efficiency.
• Cooperate with logistics partners, monitor and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide customer sales advice, including order and delivery statistics, availability, and product information.
• Provide flexible support across the Customer Service team based on workload and business priorities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support B2C customers.

The Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative

will report to the Director Sourcing & Administrative Director LKI Offices.

Key Responsabilities

• Support our B2B customers, Export Manager, Sales Representative, Distributors through inside sales support in Mainland Europe with a focus on premium service and long-term relationships
• Check, record, process, and monitor customer orders (electronic, telephone, and written)
• Coordinate logo business orders in Mainland Europe
• Process returns, credit notes, and incorrect deliveries with accuracy and efficiency
• Cooperate with logistics partners, monitor and ensure timely delivery

Requirements

• Commercial or retail-oriented basic education
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a Sales Office in a similar environment
