Responsibilities

• Support B2B customers, export managers, sales reps, and distributors via inside sales in Mainland Europe.
• Process orders received by email, phone, or written communication and monitor status.
• Coordinate logo business orders in Mainland Europe and handle returns and credit notes accurately.
