KJUS is seeking a Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to support B2B customers and distributors across Mainland Europe with premium service. You will manage orders, returns, and delivery coordination while providing product information and sales insights.

Fluent German and English, with French at least intermediate, and strong MS Office skills are required. The role emphasizes teamwork and customer orientation in a dynamic environment in Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Commercial or retail-oriented basic education.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Sales Office in a similar environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer orientation.
• Very well-organized with accurate working methods and calm under pressure.
• Fluent in German and English; French at least an intermediate level.
• Good IT skills (MS Office, Outlook); Netsuite knowledge is a plus.
• Sporty and team-spirited with responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support B2B customers, Export Manager, Sales Representatives, and Distributors with inside sales in Mainland Europe.
• Check, record, process, and monitor customer orders (electronic, telephone, written).
• Coordinate logo business orders in Mainland Europe.
• Process returns, credit notes, and incorrect deliveries accurately.
• Cooperate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide customer sales advice, including order stats, availability, and product information.
• Provide flexible support across the Customer Service team as workload requires.
