Mandarin Oriental Geneva is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the Ottolenghi department. Based at the Geneva property, you will support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional service, supervising a team of about twenty colleagues, and maintaining HACCP standards during all services.

You will train servers on the Infrasis POS, manage staff schedules, and actively seek customer feedback to drive satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hotel or fine dining is preferred.
• Strong teamwork, curiosity and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing staff schedules based on activity.
• Train servers on Infrasis POS and apply controls.
• Assist subordinates in service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by visiting guests during meals.
• Forward guest feedback to Restaurant Manager and Chef Ottolenghi.
• Respond to guest requests as needed.
• Handle guest complaints and comments.
• Demonstrate interpersonal skills to build guest loyalty.
• Adhere to Mandarin Oriental commitments.
