You will collaborate with the F&D Manager, Marketing, and Head Chef to craft compelling menus, promotions, and service standards in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

A Swiss/UE passport holder with international hotel experience will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a similar F&B role.
• International experience in hotel and high-volume trendy restaurant is a plus.
• Swiss and UE Passeport.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Performance in connection with the F&D manager.
• Lead the restaurant’s business strategy, ensuring strong financial performance and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Commercial & Marketing team to boost visibility through marketing and social media.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting, optimizing revenue and controlling costs.
• Manage reservations efficiently to maximize covers and revenue.
• Deliver Outstanding Food & Drinks and ensure quality service.
• Champion Hilton’s sustainability goals through responsible sourcing and waste reduction.
• Maintain high food and service standards, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Create Exceptional Guest Experiences and train the team to provide warm, knowledgeable service.
