Job summary

Pictet Group is seeking a seasoned professional to join Distribution Enablement, focusing on AI-enabled selling, data-driven insights and scalable adoption across markets. You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Technology to deploy training, communications and day-to-day user support.

The role emphasizes change leadership, strategic influence and hands-on delivery, with travel between Geneva and London where required.

Qualifications

7+ years in change, sales enablement, transformation, training or adoption roles in Asset/Wealth Management or financial services.
Experience leading adoption of tools, insights and processes across dispersed sales/client teams; AI experience is a plus.
Strong communication, facilitation and coaching skills for diverse audiences.
Credibility with sales and marketing teams; able to influence at strategic and operational levels.
Proficiency with CRM, data and AI workflows; quick learner partnering with Product Owners and Tech teams.

Responsibilities

Champion evolution of AI-enabled ways of working; drive adoption in day-to-day activities.
Plan and deliver communications to Sales/Marketing on behalf of Distribution Enablement.
Bridge markets, users and central delivery teams; gather feedback and resolve issues.
Design and deliver training and adoption programmes; build a network of champions.
Define and scale commercial practices across opportunity management and client intelligence.
