Axpo is seeking a Senior AI Solutions & Enablement Engineer to join the Agentic AI Program within Trading & Sales. You will work with business teams to turn AI ideas into robust, scalable solutions that can be integrated into core processes.

You will bridge business needs and technical implementation, shaping AI adoption across the organization with a focus on reliability, security, and continuous learning. The role offers a dynamic environment at Axpo group.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent practical experience in AI, software engineering, and digital product delivery.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, agents, context handling, MCP, RAG, and tool calling.
• Excellent communication across engineers and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI security and responsible deployment.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Git, and Azure; familiarity with Databricks.
• 2+ years of AI experience preferred.
• Fluent in English.
