Pictet Asset Management in Geneva seeks a highly motivated Software Engineer for the Equities team to design, build and maintain end-to-end web applications across front-end, back-end and database layers.

You will drive the integration of agentic AI capabilities into content tools, shape AI workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, high-quality user interfaces that transform complex sustainability data into actionable insights.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional experience.
• Early adopter of agentic engineering practices.
• Hands-on experience deploying and operating end-to-end solutions (ideally on AWS), with testing, versioning and observability.

• Designing, building and maintaining end-to-end web applications, including front-end, back-end and database layers.
• Implementing agentic AI capabilities into content tools and drive adoption of AI workflows and best practices.
