MET Group is building an AI Enablement practice to empower delivery and business teams with scalable AI solutions and end-user productivity tools. The role is hands-on, acting as both builder and coach to accelerate adoption and maturity across business units.

You will partner with the CIO and Trading & Sales entities, delivering reusable AI agents and optimized pipelines, with potential to evolve into enterprise-grade, governed autonomous workflows on our analytics platform.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of hands-on industry experience in software engineering and AI/data science developing ML solutions and AI agents for end-user-AI tooling and enterprise agentic AI.
• Degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering
• Ability to connect across Sales, Trading, Technology, Senior Management to derive insights for business cases
• Coaching instinct to help teams become more autonomous

Aufgaben

• Strategy/direction: co-evolve MET Group AI strategy with CIO and stakeholders.
• Hands-on discovery/prototyping with delivery squads to design agentic/ML solutions.
• Engineering enablement: improve quality, security and value delivery with agentic loops in CI/CD pipelines.
• MLOps: standardize feature stores, data sets, evals, model drift, tooling.
• Change management/adoption: coach teams and measure AI adoption progress
