Biogen, Inc. seeks an IT Lead to serve as the trusted technology partner for business stakeholders across the CHAT region (Switzerland & Austria). You will shape demand, assess needs, and translate strategy into AI-enabled solutions that drive measurable value.

You will collaborate with senior leaders and IT teams across affiliates to enable Generative AI adoption, CRM modernization, and cross-functional improvements, balancing business goals with technology opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years of IT business partnering, business analysis, technology consulting, or a related role.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Understanding of commercial business processes and supporting technologies.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies.
