Job summary

Pictet Group in Switzerland seeks a Transformation Manager to lead AI enablement across the Innovation entity within Pictet Tech, partnering with the OPC, the AI Centre of Excellence and AI engineering capabilities. The role focuses on transformation, operating model design and embedding new ways of working across initiatives.

You will design operating models, support product managers and teams, and coordinate specialist resources to drive change across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI enablement rollout within Pictet Tech and the Group.
• Coaches, facilitates and guides Innovative Problem Solving initiatives.
• Define and implement new product operating models and embedding new ways of working.
• Mobilise specialist resources (AI Centre of Excellence, software engineering, Business Lines’ development) for delivery.
