SonarSource, a leader in AI code verification, is seeking a Support Engineer to help customers deploy and use our solutions globally. You will guide implementation, advocate best practices, and resolve issues in a timely manner while representing the customer voice in product discussions.

You will collaborate with Sales and Consultants to ensure maximum value, work with IDEs, CI pipelines, and cloud deployments, and contribute to continuous improvement of services.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of experience in supporting, maintaining, or delivering high-quality software.
• 2+ years of experience using or administering a DevOps pipeline: SCM, IDE, CI.
• Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience using AI tools in development or troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of local and cloud deployment platforms: Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure.
• Investigation skills to understand problems in their context and reproduce scenarios.
• Team player with ability to give and receive feedback.
• Can-do attitude: challenge status quo and drive improvements.
• Excellent English, verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Help customers integrate Sonar solutions across their development pipeline (IDE, ALMs, CI).
• Drive technical issues to resolution from qualification to in‑depth investigation.
• Collaborate with Sales and Consultants to maximize value and improve customer experience.
• Listen, challenge, and refine customer feedback to inform product discussions.
• Contribute to improving ways of working and overall service delivery.
