Sonar is seeking an ambitious senior researcher to join our cross-disciplinary team, innovating and developing the next generation of solutions to build enterprise-grade coding agents and models. You will harness Sonar's deep experience in static analysis, and combine it with your experience and leading techniques in large language model post-training.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, ML or related quantitative field.
• 4+ years of industry experience in machine learning and software engineering practices.
• Fluency with Python; experience with Rust or flagship languages is a plus.
• Expertise in post-training of large language models (PPO/GRPO, RLVR, SFT).
• Excellent communication in English; ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement advanced products enabling customers to post-train models for agentic coding practices.
• Collaborate with researchers, MLOps and engineers to turn prototypes into products.
• Contribute ideas within a cross-disciplinary team to advance coding model post-training for enterprises.
• Stay up-to-date with LLM and agentic developments and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
