Sonar seeks a Senior/Staff Engineer to architect the backend for Verified Autonomous Remediation. You will design high-throughput, reliable systems that evaluate AI-generated code and ensure trust through rigorous testing and validation.

Based in Geneva, you will work with global teams to deliver scalable, secure remediation workflows while mentoring peers and shaping the next-gen agent architecture.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience building scalable backend systems.
• Strong AWS architecture knowledge for high availability and low latency.
• Proficiency in Java and Python with ability to operate in hybrid environments.
• Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and orchestration of AI agents.
• Ability to design telemetry pipelines and gather actionable metrics.

Aufgaben

• Architect the Unified Remediation Engine to route quick fixes, LLM fixes, and agent flows.
• Build and evolve the Sonar Remediation Agent for production-scale reliability.
• Design secure sandboxed environments for untrusted AI-generated code.
• Implement safety mechanisms and cost-conscious AWS scaling for millions of events.
• Mentor the squad through design reviews and collaborate with Research for production-ready delivery.
