Zusammenfassung

SonarSource is seeking an experienced platform engineer to lead AI-native operations and ITSM governance across a multinational setup. You will own Jira Service Management, Atlassian ecosystem, and enterprise integrations, driving automation and scale.

You will partner with HR, security, and GTM teams to implement governance, compliance, and streamlined workflows while enabling internal teams to work faster and with less friction.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on AI-native platforms & agent frameworks experience.
• Deep Atlassian admin experience in large, multi-team environments.
• Automation, integrations, REST APIs and webhooks know-how.

Aufgaben

• Own and evolve a multi-platform internal tech ecosystem for a fast-growing, multi-site organization.
• Build and maintain integrations across enterprise tools (Slack, HR systems, identity providers).
• Engineer automation pipelines to reduce manual work and scale operations.
• Govern Atlassian stack and ITSM processes in line with ITIL guidance.
