Zusammenfassung

Sonar is seeking a Support Engineer to assist customers worldwide in deploying and using our AI-driven code verification platform. You will guide customers in best practices, integrate solutions with IDEs and CI pipelines, and troubleshoot issues to ensure successful deployments.

You will work with a globally distributed team to resolve complex problems, advocate for customer needs in product discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement of our services.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in supporting, maintaining, or delivering high-quality software.
• Experience with a DevOps pipeline including SCM, IDE, and CI tools.
• Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience using AI tools in development or troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure.

Aufgaben

• Help customers integrate Sonar solutions across their development pipeline and tooling.
• Drive technical issues to resolution and manage customer relationships throughout the process.
• Collaborate with Sales and Consultants to improve customer experience and value.
• Feed product teams with customer feedback to influence product evolutions.
• Represent the customer voice in product discussions and decisions.
