Zusammenfassung

SonarSource is seeking a customer-facing professional to grow adoption of the Sonar platform within enterprise accounts. You will listen to customer pains, advocate for product improvements, and drive strategic engagement across technical and business stakeholders.

You will lead technical conversations, demonstrate value, and coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure continuous improvement and customer success across global hubs including Geneva, London, and Austin.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software development or DevOps experience.
• 5+ years in pre- or post-sales customer-facing activities.
• Excellent listening, communication, and presentation skills.
• Team player with attention to detail and proactive mindset.

Aufgaben

• Actively listen to customer pains and adoption inhibitors and formalize them.
• Develop plans to overcome customer pains and inhibitors.
• Report product gaps and advocate for their resolution internally.
• Evangelize the Sonar methodology to govern code quality and security for customers.
• Run Quarterly Business Reviews with Account Sales and keep customers updated on roadmap and value.
