Zusammenfassung

EHL is seeking an Admissions Operations Manager to shape the admissions process for Undergraduate and Graduate programs. You will lead a team of Admissions Officers, optimize workflows, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with EHL’s values.

You will report to the Head of Admissions & Enrollment Operations and collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, Scholarships, and Academic Programs to support new programs and scale volumes. A data-driven, service-minded leader is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in admissions operations or similar administrative environments, including team management responsibilities.
• Strong command of admissions systems, CRM platforms, and data management tools.
• Ability to analyze operational data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
• Process-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence.
• Ownership, accountability, and responsibility.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Act as Admissions Officer for an assigned portfolio, including evaluation, interviews, and applicant communication.
• Coordinate the full admissions pipeline from submission to selection with efficiency and compliance.
• Deliver reporting on pipeline performance and KPIs to support data-driven decisions.
• Manage workload and staffing across the team to align with volumes and priorities.
• Oversee interview logistics, scheduling, and compliance with process standards.
• Handle first-level escalations on admissions matters with timely, fair resolutions.
• Lead training and knowledge management to keep SOPs and rules current.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Recruitment, Academic Programs, and Operations.
• Provide leadership support and continuity when Head of Admissions is unavailable.
• Contribute to design and implementation of new admissions systems and workflows.
